News...

So I'm not really sure if everyone knows yet or what-not 

so I'm just gonna make a short post on my blog about it

Michael and I are moving to washington in January. YAY!

the past week and so on..

So about a week ago Michael and I went on a spontaneous trip to Washington to visit his Brother Ryan and wife Danae and their beautiful daughters Emma, Elizabeth, Madeline and Anne. It was so much fun! I took pictures of them and I just think they are DARLING! don't you?

Also, they celebrated my birthday (21!! WOOT WOOT)!! They made me a delicious cake and bought me beautiful earrings! thanks guys! Here are some pictures of it!

Okay so about two years ago this month I went to Europe with my awesome friend Linda! What a wonderful experience! There is snow here in rexburg and the air is chilly but not windy and it reminds me so much of Poland and Germany! I miss those places! Anyway, I just wanted to post some pictures of Europe because I miss it a LOT! Oh and I took this really cheap camera to Europe with me and took...about 300 pictures and then I wasn't able to load them on this computer because the loader thingy is gone. anyway, my wonderful husband bought me a thingy (I wish I knew the names to these things) and I was able to load the pics on this computer! YAY! He is so great.

oh and I went to Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, and France.

okay so i don't know if I even posted about this but my sister had a baby in August! This is the first real grandbaby in our family so it's a pretty exciting thing. So I just wanted to post some pictures of her and a little video! 

oh and a shout out to all my other nieces Emma, Elizabeth, Megan, Amy, Annie and Maddie! I love you all and miss you! I can't wait to see you guys at christmas! YAY!!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fall. I love the colors, I love the smells, I even love the cold. yes, the cold. I actually prefer the cold weather to the warm weather! Aren't I weird? well....so does michael so there! yeah, this is a pretty random blog but I just wanted to share my feelings about this wonderful weather. The. long time, no post.

So our life in the Kannely household has been comprised mainly of working everyday, school everyday (for Michael) eating everyday (I know! WHAT PIGS!) and working out...somedays.  

So I got a calling as Visiting Teaching supervisor which I have had before in my singles ward, but for some reason it seems a daunting task to me now. It's just weird I guess. When I was single-ish I was totally comfortable for being out there and calling up people to ask about their VT and then guilt tripping them into doing it ;) but now....idk. It's like I have to try to make friends. I have to get out of my comfort zone with being best friends with my husband and ONLY HIM and make *GASP* NEW FRIENDS! okay so I'm being a little over dramatic...but do you get where I'm getting at?

anyways, last weekend we traveled to Powell to surprise my friend at her halloween party. hence the costumes in the picture. I think I look pretty good in a 'fro. What do you think? And michael in dreads? the jury is still out on that one!

so I haven't been on this in such a long time and I've realized it is because I am not even sure how this thing works! WEIRD! I mean I'm weird. not this thing...anyway, a lot has happened! i got a job at Kmart!!!!! I work as a cashier and at the service desk! also, Danielle had her baby and her name is Makayla. She is beautiful! I love her so much! And.....that is about it!

Family Reunion!!!!

So i just got back from my family reunion in Arizona! It was SO nice to see everyone! We don't get together very often so when we do it's wonderful! We went to the grand canyon, flagstaff, sedona, slide rock, and the hottest place ever...Role(?)/yuma/too close to the sun to survive.

Life has been really good here! It was raining for two weeks straight but it seems that today was the end of it. Even though I really love rain I am happy for the sun! Michael and I snatched up this sunny opportunity and went to the park to play cards and just enjoy each other! Here are some pictures of us playing around!

Oh and I get to go to the family reunion in a week! I'm so excited! I haven't seen a lot of my family in a long time and this will be so nice!

Danielle's Shower!

My sister is PREGGO! YAY! but I don't think that's really NEW news to the news for today is that her good friend Jolyn threw her an awesome baby shower! Here are some pictures of it! It was so nice! Mom got to come down, which was really exciting! I think my mom may have went a little crazy with presents but that's okay! It's her first grandchild! Atleast REAL grandchild. Not a step-one! She made Danielle REALLY cute dresses and booties and stuff and also gave Danielle her own baby clothes that Dani wore when she was little! It was just a really great shower.

...oh and is it normal to mix up wedding reception and baby shower? I find myself doing that all the time. I guess you COULD give a pregnant person a wedding reception....but that would be a little awkward.

Oh and since I'm not really sure how to work this picture thing I"ll just write something about them here. the one with Michael and I kissing on the bridge was an attempt at a re-enactment of Anne and Gilbert kissing on the bridge..if you dont' know what I'm talking about...that's just sad.

So Not much has happened since last time i wrote. Memorial Day was yesterday so Michael and I didn't have school and there isn't school today so Michael is at Orientation for wal-mart and I'm getting applications and things so hopefully I can get a job too! Not having a job is SO stressful. I used to think it would be so cool to not have a job because then you would have so much free time to do whatever you want. WRONG! It turns out that everyone else is working like I should be so while they are working I am doing nothing....blah. Plus extra money is always helpful!

Okay so it seems like forever since I've last written on this thing but is a week or so forever? Maybe...in the blogging world.
Let's see....what is going on...well Michael starts work hopefully sometime next week! He has orientation on Tuesday and then after that he should be on the schedule. Even though it would have been nice to have started earlier, I can't help but feel happy that he will be free this whole long memorial day weekend to spend with me!!! We want to go camping and roast things (preferebly edible things) and just have fun outside. The weather has been wonderful which is always nice!
Oh and a little happy thing to add: michael cleaned the whole house for me this week. Twice! He's wonderful!

forever!

Sorry it has taken me forever to get on this thing! For some reason I would try to type and it would come out in Hindi. Usually that's no big deal but My hindi skills have been sorely lacking lately so I decided to type in English ;) Anyway, So not anything big going on here at the Kannely household! Just school and cleaning. Michael got a job at Wal-Mart which is WONDERFUL! I'm so happy for him! It's going to be a really good thing for us! Been watching a lot of movies lately! I've seen the new Masterpiece Theater version of Northanger Abby! Really good, I must say. Better than the one made in the 70's....but no surprise there. Also, I watched "Lost in Austen" which was actually really good. usually I don't like movies that mess around with Pride and Prejudice or any other Austen classic, but this was pretty good.
anywho,,,,that's pretty much it with us!

crazy times

Bajio is no more. NO MORE! No I didn't blow up the chain (although I won't deny the thought has crossed my mind)......I QUIT! yes, I did it and it felt great! I mean, it's hard to not have a job right now...I'm looking...but it felt like such a weight was lifted from me when i quit! They didn't put me on the schedule for three weeks in row! Also, my manager is SO...ugh! :( he drives me absolutely mad! He is being forced to cut hours every week, yet he hired more people. Does that make sense to anyone???? Maybe it's for a reason that makes SO MUCH sense to those business minded people and is just lost on me, but it seems crazy! okay....I'm just venting.. But to work at a place for over a YEAR and then this!?!?!?...

HI! This is my first blog!

hello everyone! This is my first blog and it's pretty exciting! Michael and I are getting more and more settled in our apartment everyday! I love it! It's not really fancy but who really needs a fancy apartment when you're in college and just starting off? not me! It's big and warm and clean and OUR place. I love it.
The other day we made our first official meal in our crockpot. We made a stew and it was yummy! it so nice to just put things all together and leave them for a couple hours while we're out. We come home and the house smells delicious!
So yeah...life is good. I love being married. It's a wonderful thing! The future is exciting!
